  • The mini 'clarity' team experience is a one-hour discovery call with the person filling in the application, followed by a two-hour in-person workshop at a location of your choice.

  • Unfortunately not. In my experience, these sessions work much better in-person.

  • Founders, directors and leaders in purpose-led organisations. You don't have to be Greenpeace, but you're definitely not Shell.

    If you're not in a leadership position but you think this would be great for your team or organisation, please share the opportunity with somebody who is!

  • You'll end the experience with an understanding of the culture you've got now, the culture you're aiming for and what the difference is between those two.
